Known for his attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of custom home building and remodeling, JT’s extensive experience in custom construction is readily evident. With technical training in drafting and after years of working in framing, JT started a single-family home remodeling company in Ohio. In 1994, JT moved to Orlando and took a Project Manager position managing custom home projects in Orlando’s exclusive communities including Isleworth, Bay Hill, Cypress Point and Lake Nona. During this time, JT earned his Certified Contractors licenses (CRC1328004/CGC1519736) and in 2005 became the Chief Estimator & Developer for a company managing multi-million dollar projects. Phil Kean Design Group was lucky to recruit JT to manage the construction of our New American Remodeled Home that was showcased by the National Association of Home Builders during the International Builders Show in January 2017. Thanks to JT’s exceptional execution of the remodel, the showcase of the home was flawless for the 5,000 people who walked through it in a period of one week.
In addition to JT’s commitment to excellence in the building industry, JT is an outdoor sportsman. Working, fishing or shooting, JT is always on target.
