Possibly one of the most energetic people you’ll ever meet, Jim approaches each project with great enthusiasm and gumption. With six years of experience in the building industry and a background in the hospitality industry, Jim orchestrates his jobs smoothly and quickly while also being super friendly. His goal is to consistently exceed his clients’ expectations.

Jim’s work on PKDG’s 2014 Parade of Homes award-winning entry showcased his and PKDG’s high standards for quality construction. Jim is also the Construction Manager for PKDG’s Design Center on Fairbanks Avenue as well as the 2017 New American Home that will be open as a show home for The International Builders’ Show in January, 2017.

An avid exerciser and always on the go, Jim is a multi-winner of PKDG’s employee Fitbit challenges for “most steps in a month.” In his spare time, Jim’s dogs Jake and June like to take him to the park or for a weekend of camping.
