For over 30 years, Brad and Phil have teamed together to provide excellence in all that they do. With Phil’s creative talents and Brad’s savvy in business development, they have created a team of PKDG partners and divisions that together offer an unmatched level of knowledge and service in their industries. As the Broker for Phil Kean Real Estate, LLC, Brad’s day to day business activities include bringing together partners and investors to collaborate on real estate development ventures and guiding the PKDG Real Estate division.

Brad is passionate about being involved and making a difference in the community. He and Phil support many charitable organizations and often open their home as hosts for fundraisers and events that bring awareness to everything from equality rights, environmentally conscious green building, to supporting the arts. Brad, Phil, and their Bassett Hounds, Arlo and Woody live in Winter Park, Florida.
