The New American Remodeled Home is an exciting addition to the venue in 2017. Discontinued since 2010, NAHB is very excited to bring back a product to showcase a separate show house for thousands of remodelers attending the IBS (and only blocks away from TNAH). The current home was built in the 1980’s and is a perfect example of the architecture and styling of that time. The transformation of the 4,444 square foot home from
80’s styling to a 4,631 square foot Bahamian styled architecture is astounding and an inspiration to both current owners of homes in need of renovations and updating, and also the builders that will be providing the services. Updates include both cosmetic and energy efficiencies.
