We are deeply committed to reducing our impact upon the environment and are working to achieve this goal through our design and construction of homes. We recently completed construction of a GREEN home in Winter Park, called The EVERGREEN, where we showcase the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designing and building green. The home was open to the public for viewing in the 2009 Parade of Homes. We have earned FGBC certification and also achieved the LEED-Gold certification through LEED for homes.
