With his genial disposition and an in-depth knowledge of construction from 30 years of experience, Joe leads our WAYCOOL division with expertise and grace. As the WAYCOOL Director of Operations, Joe runs sales, architectural coordination, vendor relations, and builder support. His vision is to see that a WAYCOOL Home is built in every state in the country.

Before coming to WAYCOOL Homes, Joe spent 10 years working for an award-winning construction company in Maryland. As a Senior Project Manager there, Joe participated in producing over 60 award-winning projects ranging from custom homes, to remodel projects, to single family tract homes, to multi-family residential and commercial projects. Joe has earned degrees in music, theology, general education and media technology and is a veteran of the US Army. Joe and Debbie (PKD’s receptionist) have three adult children and five grandchildren. After spending his military career in Europe, Joe and Debbie continue to enjoy extensive travels. In addition to traveling, Joe enjoys golf and playing his 12 string guitar.
