After our first meeting, we knew we found the right Design Group.
OMG! We just realized that we have lived in our PKD designed home for 7 and a half years! Our home looks as nice, new and as relevant, as it looked when we first moved in! The best thing of all, during these past 7+ years, we haven’t had to call our Architect/Builder for any repairs. We love our home more now than ever. We just wanted to thank Phil and his staff for his vision, in building one of the first contemporary homes in College Park! You all are awesome!
The team is exceptional to work with. They are efficient, creative and very down to earth. Mojgan has listened to everything we desire in a home and has helped make that come to life. She has been patient as we have made changes along the way and provides insightful feedback. We love their work so much we’ve had two homes designed by them and are now going through the building process with them as well. Working with this company has been so enjoyable I’ll actually be a little sad once the process is over… though I’ll be beyond excited to be in my gorgeous home.
PKDG has been an absolute dream to work with. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Tommy. He was the most attentive, thoughtful, professional architect who spent countless hours designing our dream home. He was always available to us for questions and made us feel like we were his only project. It was such a pleasant process that we were almost a little sad when it was over. Our interior designer Annette has been amazing as well and has made selections and suggestions for us that made the process seamless. Thank you Phil and thank you for assembling the A team for us!
Phil and Mogjan designed a magnificent and unique home for us. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Mogjan is especially responsive and innovative. Every time there was a design vs structural limitation, Mogjan creatively resolved it. Mogjan also collaborates with the fantastic interior designer Annette, which is like getting a double dose of excellent professionalism. We love our home design! Also, we hired the Phil Kean Design Group after being very disappointed with the first architect we hired. Our home design is nothing less than spectacular!

We have had a great experience working with PKD. We are currently in the building phase, but can really appreciate the attention to detail that Phil and Mojgan have put into our project. They listened to our wants and concerns, Phil even made a site visit on his birthday to see the unique demands of our building site. Mojgan has been instrumental in working out the details of our custom design and working closely with construction to make our dream a reality. The interiors team is patient and creative and have worked tirelessly to give our home a personal touch. I would recommend PKD to anyone who doesn’t want to “pick a model” of home but have a unique piece of bespoke architecture designed just for them.
Tommy was our architect which worked out great for us ! He is incredibly talented, prompt, responsive, creative and very approachable and easy to communicate with. He worked with us to design a beautiful home which we felt was just right for our family. Our experience throughout the design process could not have been better!!

Our home is near completion and sharing my experience. PKD designed, built, and did the interior design for us. Starting with our architecture team, we were lucky to have them design the home, they are delightful to work with. They are very thoughtful and intelligent. They listened to our needs to give an amazing design. Our building team of Chris Kaba & Chuck Sweringen are hardworking, dedicated, very approachable, attentive and easy to communicate with. When we gave our time restrictions for completion, they are doing everything possible to complete the project in time. Our interior designer is incredibly talented, creative, and her strength is her patience! We made changes along the way and she listened to all our needs to give a unique design to our home. Lastly, we can say, we got a dream team for our dream home.
