Brad’s energetic personality and background in business keeps the company on the leading edge of business development and customer satisfaction.  Brad majored in Business Management at the University of Denver and holds a real estate brokers license in the state of Florida. When not working on strategies at PKD, Brad can be found assisting clients with any and all of their real estate needs.  As a real estate investor himself, Brad’s knowledge regarding building, buying, selling or investing in real estate in central Florida or the beaches is second to none.

In his spare time, Brad can be found at his Cocoa Beach house running, working out, playing his Mason & Hamlin piano or enjoying fine wines and great food. Brad also gives back to the community whenever possible, co-chairing the 2009 Annual Headdress Ball which raised over $250,000 for Hope & Help and sits on the Holocaust Museums Anti-Bullying Task Force.
